    This class is FOR ALL LEVELS! It is a fantastic blend of stretch, strength and balance. EVERYONE needs this class! So many people struggle with low back pain and tight hamstrings and hip flexors, guaranteed this class will help. Plus, we incorporate plank and push ups which will help you to gain upper body strength. We turn the lights low and have a very awesome and welcoming class!!! Join us!!!

REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, music-based movements and resistance training. Be challenged in new and unique ways through easy-to- follow movements and uplifting music. All fitness levels welcome!
    Weights optional, 1-2lb weights recommended. Yoga mat needed.
