    Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.

  • HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) October 25, 2021  5:15 pm - 6:00 pm

    HIIT is a 45 minute class for ALL levels. HIIT consists of quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery. This class will be sure to raise your heart rate and burn fat in a short amount of time! Join Mackenzie Lewis for cardio, endurance and muscle training all in one class!

ALL classes included with FULL SERVICE membership $5 drop-in for Basic membership and non-members!

**KettleBell classes are $5 for members and $10 for non-members (class not included with basic membership.) This class is a specialized class with specialized equipment & is considered more of a training session.**

Please arrive on time for the classes and sign the sign in sheet every time you attend.
