Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go high or you can go low but you will always leave feeling HIGH!

    High YO is a yoga inspired, music driven stretch class created to help people fall in love with stretching and incorporate it into their routine. This LIGHTHEARTED format incorporates stretching and balance to improve overall health. High TO was created to leave you feeling amazing, help you appreciate and take care of your body and help prevent injuries to maintain overall good health.

    HIGH Low is a low impact aerobics experience based on traditional aerobics principles creating a steady state cardio workout. This action packed, full body blast will challenge you while at the same time keeping it LOW. HIGH Low uses cardio and toning tracks choreographed with simple fitness moves that result in a high energy, fun, and effective group fitness class that will keep you coming back for more!

    Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.

    Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

    Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

ALL CLASSES CAN BE MODIFIED!  ASK YOUR INSTRUCTOR!!!

ALL classes included with FULL SERVICE membership $5 drop-in for Basic membership and non-members!

**KettleBell classes are $5 for members and $10 for non-members (class not included with basic membership.) This class is a specialized class with specialized equipment & is considered more of a training session.**

Please arrive on time for the classes and sign the sign in sheet every time you attend.
