    Imagine a high-energy, low impact workout that not only your joints will love but your entire body!  StepIt Strength is a modernized step workout with the incorporation of light dumbbells to tone, strengthen and feel the burn.  This will be the most fun you ever had lifting and sweating, I promise! 

    Steps and dumbbells will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

    HIGH Low is a low impact aerobics experience based on traditional aerobics principles creating a steady state cardio workout. This action packed, full body blast will challenge you while at the same time keeping it LOW. HIGH Low uses cardio and toning tracks choreographed with simple fitness moves that result in a high energy, fun, and effective group fitness class that will keep you coming back for more!

    Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.

**KettleBell classes are $5 for Basic members and $10 for non-members (class not included with membership.) This class is a specialized class with specialized equipment & is considered more of a training session.**
