- This tier is designed for those who are not beginners and need minimal guidance/assistance
Tier 2
$229 One time fee for gym members
- 90 Day Personalized, Guided & Sustainable Weight Lifting Program & Macro Prescription
- Initial consultation with Kelly (45-50 minutes)
***includes assessment of goals, history, limitations, measurements, eating patterns, step by step individualized program instructions, exercise demo with return demonstration to ensure proper techniques for safety and injury prevention
- Monthly follow ups with Kelly including measurements & exercise changes (40-45 minutes)
- Weekly check ins for questions, concerns, program modifications
- Daily Nutrition Tracking
- Daily response for continued support and motivation!!!
- Gimmick free, no pills, crash diets, fads or magic bullets!
- Consistent hard work requiring about 3-4 hours per week in the gym!
Tier 3
$329 One time fee for gym members
Everything in Tier 2 PLUS 3 personal training sessions instead of exercise demo/return demo with Kelly (approximately 60 minutes.) This tier is geared more for those who need a little extra assistance or are complete beginners!
