    This class is FOR ALL LEVELS! It is a fantastic blend of stretch, strength and balance. EVERYONE needs this class! So many people struggle with low back pain and tight hamstrings and hip flexors, guaranteed this class will help. Plus, we incorporate plank and push ups which will help you to gain upper body strength. We turn the lights low and have a very awesome and welcoming class!!! Join us!!!

    At refit we believe fitness should change more than your body! To achieve this we give you a positive fitness experience with positive, uplifting music! It is a community based workout that connects all shapes, sizes, backgrounds and fitness levels! Each class is cardio based with low, mid, and high intensity songs that can modified for any fitness level! We incorporate kickboxing and toning moves into a 60 minute full body workout. Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned fitness guru, Refit®️ offers a fun fitness experience for everyone!

    This is a very dynamic class featuring fast paced excellent music! This fun-filled hour focuses on intense cardio moves and incorporates isolation exercises with free weights. This class also has "hit 'em hard" abdominal work. Steps are always used in this class!!! Be ready to SWEAT!!!

ALL classes included with FULL SERVICE membership-$5 drop-in for Basic members and non-members!

**KettleBell classes are $5 for Basic members and $10 for non-members (class not included with membership.) This class is a specialized class with specialized equipment & is considered more of a training session.**

Please arrive on time for the classes and sign the sign in sheet every time you attend.
