It is incredibly valuable information. Regardless of what your nutrition intake consists of, if you eat more than you burn, you will gain fat. If you burn more than you eat, you will lose fat. If your calorie deficit is too big, you will also burn muscle…we do not want this!!! You need to be in a small deficit over time to achieve slow, steady and sustainable fat loss.
