 Instructor: Kathleen Link We will start with M1ND - Band. In BAND we use tension to build extension. The band provides a different stimulus for working the body through a series of mobility, stability and flexibility movements, which encourage the body to hinge, bend and rotate. We will end with a full body accumulator using minimal space. Each pyramid has 4 moves that work the core, upper, lower and cardio - all with impactless options to keep the or joints happy!
