  • Kettlebell with Bill March 7, 2026  11:00 am - 12:00 pm

    Instructor:  Bill 

    This is a highly functional and intense total body workout utilizing 1 or 2 kettlebells throughout the workout with legendary Kettlebell Bill as the fearless leader.  He will motivate you to bring your A game!  This class is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and your muscles alive with energy!

    This class is FOR ALL LEVELS! It is a fantastic blend of stretch, strength and balance. EVERYONE needs this class! So many people struggle with low back pain and tight hamstrings and hip flexors, guaranteed this class will help. Plus, we incorporate plank and push ups which will help you to gain upper body strength. We turn the lights low and have a very awesome and welcoming class!!! Join us!!!

  • Cardio Strength-Refit/Rev+flow combo with Kayla March 9, 2026  6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

    Instructor: Kayla

    Class is a combo of cardio and strength training! We start with 30 min of Refit which is a cardio based class with low, mid, and high intensity songs that can be modified for any fitness level! I incorporate kickboxing and toning moves into a full body workout. We then roll right into 30 min of Rev+flow which is a dynamic workout that’s easy on joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles using 1-5lb hand weights. We will work on strength, flexibility, mobility and functional fitness!
    Need:yoga mat, 1-5lb weights(optional, gym has 3-5lb!)
