We then roll right into 30 min of Rev+flow which is a dynamic workout that’s easy on joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles using 1-5lb hand weights. We will work on strength, flexibility, mobility and functional fitness!Need:yoga mat, 1-5lb weights(optional, gym has 3-5lb!)
