So many people struggle with low back pain and tight hamstrings and hip flexors, guaranteed this class will help. Cardio Strength-Refit/Rev+flow combo with Kayla July 7, 2025 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Class is a combo of cardio and strength training! We start with 30 min of Refit which is a cardio based class with low, mid, and high intensity songs that can be modified for any fitness level! I incorporate kickboxing and toning moves into a full body workout. We then roll right into 30 min of Rev+flow which is a dynamic workout that’s easy on joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles using 1-5lb hand weights. We will work on strength, flexibility, mobility and functional fitness!
Need:yoga mat, 1-5lb weights(optional, gym has 3-5lb!)
