    Steps and dumbbells will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

    LOW will be an hour and YO is a 15 min stretch!
     
    LOW is a low impact aerobics experience based on traditional aerobics principles creating a steady state cardio workout. This action packed, full body blast will challenge you while at the same time keeping it LOW. HIGH Low uses cardio and toning tracks choreographed with simple fitness moves that result in a high energy, fun, and effective group fitness class that will keep you coming back for more!

    YO is a yoga inspired, music driven stretchclass created to help people fall in love with stretching and incorporate itinto their routine. This LIGHTHEARTED format incorporates stretching andbalance to improve overall health. High TO was created to leave you feelingamazing, help you appreciate and take care of your body and help preventinjuries to maintain overall good health.

    Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.
