Another absolutely incredible #transformationtuesday!!! You’re awesome Brandon!!!

I started my journey on June 9th, 2023 at 315 lbs.

I had dieted before. I had lost weight before. But it was never sustainable.

When I came to MorGainz Fitness for my first InBody scan with Kelly on March 22nd, 2024, I had already lost 64 lbs on my own and weighed 251 lbs. At that point, my progress was slowing and the scale had become both motivating and discouraging.

That first scan showed me the bigger picture. My body fat was 41.4%, totaling 104 lbs of fat. I had built some muscle, but I still had a lot of work ahead of me.

From there, my focus shifted away from just losing weight and toward building something sustainable.

With consistent InBody check-ins, macro guidance, and the support of the MorGainz Fitness and MorGainz Elite Cycle community, I started learning what long-term progress actually looks like.

In early 2025, I used a GLP-1 (Wegovy) as a tool. While it served its purpose, I realized it had made me too comfortable and my progress stalled. In December 2025, I chose to stop the GLP-1, begin working with Bobby Andrews (Chico), and refocus on sustainable progress rather than the number on the scale. I also realized I wasn’t eating nearly enough calories as the GLP1 crushed my appetite.

Today, the scale sits around 200 lbs. While that number hasn’t always moved in a straight line, my body composition changes tell the real story. My body fat has dropped from 104 lbs to 57.7 lbs, my body fat percentage has fallen from 41.4% to 28.7%, my muscle mass has been preserved, and my InBody score has improved from 68 to 74.

From 315 lbs to around 200 lbs, I’ve lost 115 lbs total, and my journey is still ongoing.

This has taught me that real progress isn’t just about the number on the scale — it’s about building something sustainable.

Incredible!!!! Who’s ready to take control of their numbers the right way???
