Get ready for Cyclethon 2026 — an exciting, high-energy event packed with themed rides, live music, community spirit, and fun surprises throughout the day. Each hour brings a new ride theme to keep the energy going, while special guests, motivating coaches, and nonstop encouragement create an atmosphere that keeps participants inspired from start to finish. Attendees can also enjoy delicious food trucks, try their luck in the basket raffle featuring prizes from local businesses, and take part in the 50/50 drawing for a chance to win cash while supporting a great cause. Whether you stop in for just a few minutes or stay for the full 12 hours, Cyclethon 2026 offers a flexible, welcoming experience for everyone.

  • Mile tracking begins at the start of each hour (6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, etc.)
  • Important: If you are not ready or on your bike by the start of the hour, you will lose that time
  • Mile tracking ends exactly 55 minutes after the start of the hour (e.g., 8:55 AM, 9:55 AM)
  • You MUST stop pedaling as soon as the music stops
  • 5-minute transition period: Teammates can readjust bikes and clean up. Coaches will be switching out and preparing for the next hour
  • Important: Even if cycling multiple hours in a row, teammates must STOP for the 5-minute period
  • The next teammate should be ready near the bike 5 minutes before transition to keep things smooth
  • Teammates are allowed in the room to encourage and support riders
  • You can swap teammates at any time during an hour—someone can pedal for a few minutes and then another person hops on
  • At exactly 55 minutes after the hour, take a photo of your bike’s monitor
  • Show the photo to the statistician to record your miles
  • Keep track of your miles on the team line-up sheet provided by the studio
  • Final Mileage = Sum of miles from all 12 hours (NOT the total mileage on the bike at the end)
  • Monitors may reset during transition—that’s okay as long as you get your picture and report to the statistician
