    This low impact workout focuses on proper alignment. The class will blend strength training, flexibility, balance, and core conditioning into a total body workout that targets hips, glutes, abs and arms. Benefits are improved strength, posture, balance, and stability. The exercises target muscles often neglected in everyday life and other forms of exercise. This class will be taught center floor, no barre needed.

  • Silver Sneakers Stability Class April 21, 2021  9:00 am - 9:30 am

    Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.

ALL classes included with FULL SERVICE membership $5 drop-in for Basic membership and non-members!

**KettleBell classes are $5 for members and $10 for non-members (class not included with basic membership.) This class is a specialized class with specialized equipment & is considered more of a training session.**

Please arrive on time for the classes and sign the sign in sheet every time you attend.
