She has also dedicated her time to helping others after Physical Therapy through her Post PT training programs. From the young to the old, Sonya has dedicated her life to making others feel and look better. I have been a personal trainer for over 9 years now with clients ranging from ages 9 to 90! I am certified through American Counsel on Exercise (ACE), the leader in exercise development and research.

I am a Certified Fitness Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the International Sports Sciences Association specializing in Sport Specific Training and Founder/Owner of Prisoners Of Iron Fitness (POI), which is a positive fitness movement in the community that focuses on building a better community, by building better people through fitness. I have had experience working with young athletes ages 11 through 22 to improve there strength, speed, agility, and endurance for the past 6 years by personally working with them in the weight room. I am a 2x HS Track State Qualifier and played Division 2 Football at Bloomsburg University. I am a firm believer that there are two aspects to fitness which is physical and mental and through my unique fitness programs I aim to prepare athletes on all levels for the next stage of there career physically as well as mentally.

Hello, my name is George Grove.  I have been training for the past 22 years, but who’s counting.  I am an Exercise Physiologist with degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and Old Dominion University.  I obtained my training certificate through the American College of Sports Medicine and have also been an instructor for personal trainers in the WITS program (world instructors training school).  Currently I am director of the Brain Aging and Cognitive Health Exercise lab at the University of Pittsburgh.  We focus on the benefits of exercise on the brain.  I have vast experience in weight loss, cardiac rehabilitation and Diabetes.

I am a fitness junkie, who still dables in the occasional run / event (5K, 10K, 1/2 marathon and obstacle course events) when time permits.  I am a firm believer in you are never too old or too young to improve your health.  Movement is the key!!!  I am a firm believer in developing a plan that works with you and for you.  I can not describe the joy I get when someone achieves their health and fitness goals (weight loss, taken off medications, able to keep up with grandkids).  You can reach out to me via phone, text or email. My name is Rusty Miller!  I attended North Star High School where I played football and competed in powerlifting.  After graduation, I attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where I received by Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.  I also became a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

I have trained clients from 7 years old, high school, college, and pro level athletes during my time as a coach.  Exercise and fitness have been an instrumental part of my life and I believe it should be part of everyone’s.  During my time as a competitive powerlifter, I won 2 state championships in high school.  I also competed in several regional meets and hold several records.  I have recently shifted my personal goals toward body building and plan on competing in my first show in 2022!

Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, run a marathon, or anything in between, I can help you reach that goal!

I’m also really into sports, especially football.  My main teams I root for are the Saints, Steelers and LSU Tigers.  I also enjoy hunting in my free time and I love hanging out with friends and family.

In 2018, I became certified as a personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA).  I also hold certifications with Fit For Birth as a pre-and-post-natal corrective exercise specialist.  I have been a personal trainer for over four years, training clients of all ages, from ages 12 to 65 years old!

I am a mother of four boys, and I am proof that YOU CAN make time for your own personal fitness and health goals.  After having my first two children, I was unhappy with the way my body had changed; I was tired of feeling upset about my appearance and decided it was time for a change.  I started weight training and watched as my body transformed, motivating me to continue and trust the process.
