I am the owner of MorGainz Fitness!  I have been involved in fitness for 29 years.  I have been a Certified Personal Trainer first with A.C.E and now with ISSA for approximately 25 years.  I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist.  I specialize in all forms of strength, conditioning and flexibility training and have plans for all levels of experience.  I have plans for FAT LOSS and improved body composition for all ages.  From the young, up and coming athlete to the older generation just wanting to stay healthy, independent and mobile, I can help guide you to your goals and optimal health!  As you can see, the fitness lifestyle is my passion and I would love to transfer my passion, drive and real world knowledge to you!

She has also dedicated her time to helping others after Physical Therapy through her Post PT training programs. I have been a personal trainer for over 9 years now with clients ranging from ages 9 to 90! I am certified through American Counsel on Exercise (ACE), the leader in exercise development and research.

I use functional training to give you a full-body workout each session. Every major muscle group will be worked and sessions are personalized to your specific level and needs. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the International Sports Sciences Association specializing in Sport Specific Training and Founder/Owner of Prisoners Of Iron Fitness (POI), which is a positive fitness movement in the community that focuses on building a better community, by building better people through fitness. I have had experience working with young athletes ages 11 through 22 to improve there strength, speed, agility, and endurance for the past 6 years by personally working with them in the weight room. I am a 2x HS Track State Qualifier and played Division 2 Football at Bloomsburg University. Hello, my name is George Grove.  I have been training for the past 22 years, but who’s counting.  I am an Exercise Physiologist with degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and Old Dominion University.  I obtained my training certificate through the American College of Sports Medicine and have also been an instructor for personal trainers in the WITS program (world instructors training school).  Currently I am director of the Brain Aging and Cognitive Health Exercise lab at the University of Pittsburgh.  We focus on the benefits of exercise on the brain.  I have vast experience in weight loss, cardiac rehabilitation and Diabetes.

I am a fitness junkie, who still dables in the occasional run / event (5K, 10K, 1/2 marathon and obstacle course events) when time permits.  I am a firm believer in you are never too old or too young to improve your health.  Movement is the key!!!  I am a firm believer in developing a plan that works with you and for you.  I can not describe the joy I get when someone achieves their health and fitness goals (weight loss, taken off medications, able to keep up with grandkids).  You can reach out to me via phone, text or email. I moved to Johnstown, PA from Illinois to become the Head Volleyball Coach at University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. I have been coaching for over 11 years and have been involved with personal training and sport performance for about four years!

I am a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and my clients range from 10+ years old. I have extensive experience in volleyball, basketball, football, softball/baseball, and track & field sport training along with a basic understanding of other sport movements. I also train functional movements for clients not involved in sports which includes teaching you safe and effective movements that you’ll use in every day life!
My goal is to help you create a lifestyle that you love!  I am a firm believer that if you look good, you feel good, and I want to help you become your best self possible. Whether you are an athlete or not, my job is to help prepare you to be physically and mentally tough for whatever life throws at you!
I was a 4-sport varsity athletes in high school playing volleyball, basketball, softball and running track. I was named Player of the Year, MVP, All-State in volleyball as well as All-Area and All-Conference in all sports. I was also a 3x track and field stats qualifier. In college, I played volleyball for Sauk Valley Community College before I transferred to a Illinois State University, a Division-1 program, to end my playing career. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Sport Management.

My name is Rusty Miller!  I attended North Star High School where I played football and competed in powerlifting.  After graduation, I attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where I received by Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.  I also became a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

I have trained clients from 7 years old, high school, college, and pro level athletes during my time as a coach.  Exercise and fitness have been an instrumental part of my life and I believe it should be part of everyone’s.  During my time as a competitive powerlifter, I won 2 state championships in high school.  I also competed in several regional meets and hold several records.  I have recently shifted my personal goals toward body building and plan on competing in my first show in 2022!

Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, run a marathon, or anything in between, I can help you reach that goal!

I’m also really into sports, especially football.  My main teams I root for are the Saints, Steelers and LSU Tigers.  I also enjoy hunting in my free time and I love hanging out with friends and family.
