I am the owner of MorGainz Fitness! I have been involved in fitness for 29 years. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer first with A.C.E and now with ISSA for approximately 25 years. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. I specialize in all forms of strength, conditioning and flexibility training and have plans for all levels of experience. I have plans for FAT LOSS and improved body composition for all ages. From the young, up and coming athlete to the older generation just wanting to stay healthy, independent and mobile, I can help guide you to your goals and optimal health! I have been a personal trainer for over four years now with clients ranging from ages 9 to 90! I am certified through American Counsel on Exercise (ACE), the leader in exercise development and research. I also have been a licensed Zumba instructor for over 4 years. My Zumba classes are part of the Richland Fitness group class schedule.
I use functional training to give you a full-body workout each session. Every major muscle group will be worked and sessions are personalized to your specific level and needs. My goal is to make the gym fun as you learn to use the equipment safely and knowledgeably. I want your time in the gym to be efficient and effective!

I am a Certified Fitness Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the International Sports Sciences Association specializing in Sport Specific Training and Founder/Owner of Prisoners Of Iron Fitness (POI), which is a positive fitness movement in the community that focuses on building a better community, by building better people through fitness. I have had experience working with young athletes ages 11 through 22 to improve there strength, speed, agility, and endurance for the past 6 years by personally working with them in the weight room. I am a 2x HS Track State Qualifier and played Division 2 Football at Bloomsburg University. I am a firm believer that there are two aspects to fitness which is physical and mental and through my unique fitness programs I aim to prepare athletes on all levels for the next stage of there career physically as well as mentally.
Hi! My name is Scott Holsinger and I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I am a 2015 Bishop Carroll graduate. My senior year I competed at the PIAA State Track competition in the Men’s 110 meter high hurdle where I placed 12th. I played basketball, football, and track throughout high school. I am very knowledgeable in all areas of sports, including different training exercises and techniques to help improve ones game.
I am 6’8″ tall which made me very slim during my teen years. After completing high school, I began lifting weights and following a diet to where I’ve been able to develop my body into the shape I’ve always dreamed of.
In the fall of 2015, I enrolled in Mount Aloysius Nursing Program. During my spring semester, I began to question why this major wasn’t for me, and I soon found the answer. After discontinuing the nursing program, I enrolled in a certified personal training program. The answer I found was this, as a nurse, you are on the side of trying to bring your patient back to health. As a trainer, you are giving your clients the tools and guidance to get, maintain, and grow their health. That’s exactly what I want to do. I am open to working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Together we will be able to open the door to a whole new lifestyle that you will get you the goals you’ve been dreaming to reach.

I graduated in April 2019 from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a B.S. in Business, Computer Science and Mathematics with a minor in Communication. I have also earned an A.S. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania Highlands Community College.
I became interested in fitness at the end of my baseball career and as I was working my way through college. I started out being somewhat intimidated and unknowledgeable about most aspects of proper fitness and nutrition practices but I kept learning and progressing almost every day. Over time I found fitness not only as a passion, but also a lifestyle. Then after four years of
improving my body, gaining muscle, strength and size I decided it was time to help others do the same. Now, I want to help others experience my passion and reach all their goals along the way.

Hello, my name is George Grove. I have been training for the past 22 years, but who’s counting. I am an Exercise Physiologist with degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and Old Dominion University. I obtained my training certificate through the American College of Sports Medicine and have also been an instructor for personal trainers in the WITS program (world instructors training school). Currently I am director of the Brain Aging and Cognitive Health Exercise lab at the University of Pittsburgh. We focus on the benefits of exercise on the brain. I have vast experience in weight loss, cardiac rehabilitation and Diabetes.
